At Golden Lion, the table is set the Georgian way — generous plates meant for sharing, bread and cheese to start, mtsvadi from the grill, and a glass of house wine to toast with.
Everything is cooked to order: khinkali folded by hand, khachapuri from the oven, and slow-simmered stews served sizzling in clay ketsi.

Georgia is the birthplace of wine, and we pour it the traditional way. Our house wines — Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Kindzmarauli, Tsinandali and Kisi — come from qvevri, the clay vessels Georgians have used for eight thousand years.
